The game offers three battle royale maps. Fighting Field is the original setting and may include snowy weather. Peninsula of Hurricane is the largest option, with varied terrain that changes how players move and take cover. Tokyo Royale stands out by recreating recognizable areas such as Ginza, Shinjuku, and Tokyo Tower. This variety helps matches feel less repetitive.

Weapons include pistols, assault rifles, sniper rifles, and machine guns, with realistic recoil adding weight to gunfights. Vehicles come in different seating options, including two-seat, three-seat, and four-seat types, making them useful for solo movement or squad play. There is also an item shop where players can spend points or real money on skins and other items.

Knives Out is especially suitable for players who want a battle royale experience that can run on older devices. The controls are familiar and not difficult to learn, which makes it a practical choice for casual sessions with friends or solo play.

Its main drawbacks are worth noting. Matchmaking queues can take time because of the smaller player base, and matches support up to 60 players rather than 100. Even so, Knives Out remains a solid option for anyone looking for a straightforward survival shooter with large maps, varied gear, and accessible combat.
