This is a third-person action game focused on the shapeshifting child hero "Ben 10."
Aliens are trying to steal Ben's "Omnitrix," the device that allows him to shift into the forms of various alien creatures. Ben must use his Omnitrix to stop them. Each of Ben's 10 possible forms gives access to a unique set of abilities. Unfortunately, most of the games levels may prove more of a challenge than any extraterrestrial menace due to taking place mostly within dimly lit mazes of laboratories. The moments when you get to fight aliens are a pleasant reprieve and it is nice to run into classic TV series enemies like Doctor Animo and Aggregor.
Controls are a breeze thanks to a simple interface. Transforming is a big feature of the franchise and this game does not disappoint; jjust click on the alien form of your choice to access its powers. This game knows that transformation is so vital that there are 10 additional forms Ben can assume, giving players a great deal of replayability by trying each form out.
Pros: Fun. Observes the original show's plot. Moderately challenging.
Cons: Level layouts can be confusing and hard to see. Limited and repetitive soundtrack.
