Beyblade Burst is an action game developed by Hasbro Inc. This game lets you compete in online battles using virtual Beyblades.
In this game, players will be able to create their own Beyblades by using parts they have unlocked through battles and using in-game currency. From there, players compete in online battles to reach higher in leaderboards on a seasonal basis. Seasons can last up to 1 month with standings being affected by single matches and multi-bracketed tournaments.
Along with being able to play with digital Beyblades, Beyblade Burst has robust functionality with the physical toys that can be purchased in retail stores. By purchasing a Beyblade top specifically created for Beyblade Burst, you can connect the top to your phone using a Bluetooth connection. Players then will have access to the Toy Battles mode in which two players can get together and fight by watching the toy on their camera and using various powerups and skills by touching their screen.
Overall, Beyblade Burst is a fun and unique approach to Beyblade that advanced the property beyond just allowing players to virtually battle. Beyblade Burst players do have some complaints though such as the matchmaking system being a bit broken along with the graphics not being up-to-par.
