This is a third-person action game where you fight monsters to save your exotic kingdom.
This game tests you with quests filled with enemies. Defeat the enemies, which can number anywhere between 8 and 16 foes per mission, and you can earn experience points. The more experience points you acquire, the more powerful your character can become. You can also acquire items during quests, which can be used to further enhance your character's abilities.
While the fighting system is fun, the game also features a lot of exploration and acrobatic opportunities. There is a lot of wall running, ledge jumping and clambering about obstacles to reach the goal. Anyone who loves a bit of parkour in their games will be pleased.
Aesthetically, this game goes for an old 3D look without being painfully antiquated. Despite being in 3D, the perspective is fixed. While the controls are easy to grasp, movement is not as swift. Inputs tend to be rigid and clumsy but never to the point that a level becomes impossible.
Overall, this is a game you should play if you are jonesing for a bit of action combat and platforming. There is a story but it is bare bones.
