The main workspace works like a file browser, showing image thumbnails alongside a larger preview of the selected picture. You can open photos in fullscreen, create slideshows with background effects, zoom in, use a magnifier, and compare up to four images side by side. That comparison feature is especially useful when choosing the best shot from similar photos. The program can also display EXIF details, helping photographers check camera and scene information.

Editing tools are broader than expected for a viewer. You can crop, resize, adjust brightness and darkness, sharpen or blur, remove red eye, convert to grayscale, and work with levels, curves, and lighting. There are also decorative options such as frames, borders, watermarks, sketch effects, oil painting effects, and a bump map option for texture related work.
