First person Titan slaying with ODM gear
Attack on Titan - Fan Game is a free action game for Windows that focuses on one clear fantasy: soaring through the air with ODM gear and cutting down Titans from a first-person view. Instead of trying to recreate a full commercial release, it keeps the experience centered on movement, timing, and the satisfaction of landing a clean strike on a Titan’s nape.
The biggest strength is the traversal. Swinging between rooftops, closing the distance on huge enemies, and lining up an attack feels direct and easy to understand. The first-person perspective makes each movement feel more immediate, which helps the game stand out from more traditional third-person anime action games. Combat is simple in concept but rewarding when it clicks.
There is more here than a basic test map. Players can explore several areas, including the Trost district, a forest setting, and a Minecraft-inspired map. You can practice against training dummies or fight Titans with different behaviors. Multiplayer support also makes the game more enjoyable, especially if you want to team up with friends and clear groups of enemies together.
That said, this is still a fan-made indie project, and it shows. Some animations look awkward, Titans can appear suddenly in ways that break immersion, and the maps may feel sparse despite having distinct themes. The available modes add variety, but the core loop can become repetitive after extended play.
Attack on Titan - Fan Game is best for fans who want a direct, energetic Titan-slaying sandbox rather than a polished story-driven game. Its rough edges are noticeable, but its fast ODM movement, first-person combat, and cooperative play give it a fun identity. If you can accept some jank, it delivers a surprisingly engaging way to live out the series’ signature action.
