SoundCloud is an app that allows people to record their voice, primarily in a music setting, and share it with the world.

Once your audio is recorded and the song is made into either an mp3 or WAV file, your track can then be uploaded to SoundCloud. In an attempt to get as much exposure as possible, the creator of the song can select tags and create tags to better identify the track. These categories include types of music, types of emotions, and the overall meaning of the song.

Once the track is live, a link to the song is generated and can easily be sent to all major social media websites. The general public and other artists will be able to follow your SoundCloud with one click.
