Remote PC support with chat and file sharing
UltraViewer is a Windows remote desktop tool built for people who need to help others from a distance. Its main purpose is straightforward: you connect to another computer, view the screen, and control it as though you were sitting in front of it. That makes it useful for customer support, workplace assistance, and online teaching where someone needs guided help in real time.
The software keeps the experience practical. During a remote session, the person receiving help can see what is happening on their screen and can take back control when needed. This is important for trust, especially when dealing with sensitive files or settings. UltraViewer also includes a built-in chat window, so both sides can communicate without switching to another app. The chat can be opened or hidden with the F1 key by default, or with a custom hotkey.
File sharing is another useful part of the package. You can send and receive files through the chat window, with limits depending on the plan. The Lite tier supports one user, one device, one active remote session, up to three remote endpoints per month, and files up to 2GB. Pro expands this with coverage for up to six computers, unlimited remote endpoints, and a 4GB file limit. Premium goes further with up to 12 computers, unlimited concurrent sessions, unlimited endpoints, and files up to 8GB. Paid versions are also ad-free.
UltraViewer is best suited to support workers, small teams, trainers, and anyone who regularly assists clients, partners, or students remotely. Its ability to control multiple computers or share a screen with several computers adds flexibility for busier users.
The main drawback is platform availability. UltraViewer is focused on PC use and does not offer mobile versions, which may limit teams that rely on phones or tablets. Still, for Windows-based remote assistance, it offers a clear and practical feature set.
