Quik by GoPro is a photograph and video editing app for people on the go. Users can upload a mix of 75 files to edit from not only their GoPro, but also their Android device storage and the cloud. The app offers basic features to edit their photos. The primary tools have been designed to create high-quality videos.

A user can cut their videos into clips. They can add photos, text, emoticons, GPS stickers, music and sound effects to short or long works. They can trim and rotate photos and reorder all elements. They can even make title slides. If a user is uncomfortable with custom-editing each element, the app offers 25 unique themes that include graphics, transitions and even slow motion and speed up playback options.

One of the top features on the Quik app is the soundtrack option. Users can add a soundtrack to their videos at any point during the playback. The app supports a wide selection of audio formats and comes with over 100 songs that don't require any in-app purchase. Users can also add their own music and sync transitions to certain music beats. Additionally, they can present their final product formatted specifically for sharing on a particular social media site in high-definition 1080p. Formatting options include portrait, square and cinema/widescreen views.
