Disney Plus allows you to watch your favorite movies and TV shows directly from Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and other popular franchises. To start, users must pay a monthly subscription that costs $8 monthly in the United States.

After you've paid for your subscription and created an account, you'll be asked to make a profile. You're able to have multiple profiles for each account that have different names, profile pictures, and family control settings. Once signed in, you'll be able to find a list of TV series you've been in the middle of watching. You'll also be able to view titles recommended to you based on what you were previously watching.

To view specific content, you can either search or go through the large banners for Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, or National Geographic content. Each section has curated lists to make it easy for you to find what you want to watch, like a list that contains the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, the entire Skywalker Saga, or documentaries that have won awards for National Geographic.

By default, all users have access to content up to PG-13. Adult users can upgrade the content lock on their account to let them watch TV-MA or R content like "Daredevil." Adults looking to restrict their children from watching tamer content can add a passcode on their own profile and lock down their child's profile with a content slider.

The content on Disney Plus can come in all different video qualities, with newer movies streaming in 4K and having additional features like Dolby Vision. Select movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe like "Iron-Man" and "Eternals" can be watched in IMAX quality, a setting not found with the physical version of these movies or on other streaming services.

Overall, Disney Plus can be a necessity for anyone interested in the large library of content owned by Disney. The only major downside to the service is that users in the United States will find the mature content a bit lacking at the moment.
